Replacements
If you received a defective item that is sold by FloridaFreshner and need to replace it with the same item, visit our contact us page to request a replacement. Items that are fulfilled by FloridaFreshner can't be replaced, but may be returned.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different variation--e.g., size, color--visit our contact us page and request an exchange. An "Exchange" option will display in the Online Return Center the return is not due to Florida Freshner error (e.g., damaged, defective, lost, etc.), you meet the eligibility criteria, and the return product is:
Item shipped and sold by FloridaFreshner and Not a gift.

When making an exchange, your return refund will automatically be calculated and applied to your exchange order if applicable. We'll mail your exchange item with the same shipping speed that was used on your original item. You'll just need to use the return label provided to send your original item back within 15 days.

If the exchange order total, including shipping, is more than the refund, you will be able to select the payment method in which you'd like to charge the difference; and if it's less you'll receive a refund to your original payment method.

If the item you wish to return doesn't have an exchange return option, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged Items
If you receive an item that was damaged, visit our contact us and choose "Return an Item" in the subject. At that time, you can tell us if you want a refund or replacement.

If you feel your item was damaged due to poor packaging, please let us know by submitting feedback about the packaging.

Defective Items
If your item isn't working properly, please check the product instructions (which arrived with the item ) and the FloridaFreshner detail page for the product. You can usually find troubleshooting information there. If you need additional assistance, you need to request missing pieces or replacement parts, or you need warranty information, please contact the product's manufacturer directly.
